Non-Lethal Weapons

"Water Cooler Cannon Takes on Terrorism" FOXNews (March 6, 2008)

This thing shoots water cooler jugs and can punch a man-sized hole in a concrete wall.

It joins pepper spray and rubber bullets in the growing lists of weapons that incapacitate, but aren't designed to kill.

The author says there will be more on the subject.
